Our planet is drowning in waste. Every year we dump a massive 2.12 billion tonnes of it worldwide. This will only increase, unless we make some major changes – and fast.We’re calling on all creatives, hackers and dreamers to submit bold solutions to reduce waste and rethink our entire production and consumption cycle.

"We'll motivate audiences and participants to question, debate, and reflect on the state of human rights both in Kenya and internationally.
Screenings and events will take place in informal settlements, cinemas and host venues across the city. A subsequent edition will be held in Kilifi later in 2021.
Under Our Skin Film 2021 will focus on three main human rights focused themes:

It’s a collaboration between two inner-city neighbourhoods:
Kawangware in Nairobi, Kenya, and Harpurhey in Manchester, England.
They’re collaborating about is how the
climate emergency is affected by what we
grow and what we eat.
